Martha founded The Power Company (aka PoCo) in 2000, initially as a professional dance company. Later by adding Collaborative to the name PoCo became PoCoCo, The Power Company Collaborative embracing the company’s mission of collaboration and inclusion more purposefully. Martha continues as artistic director of The Power Company Collaborative instigating large-scale performance installations with musicians, artists and designers as co-creators
